Welcome! As a holistic Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, or LMFT as it's sometimes called, I am always thinking about creative ways to initiate and support healing throughout the lifespan. In addition to individual and couple therapy, I also offer groups, workshops and trainings. I love supporting therapists on their personal and professional journeys.
